Neurotensin Antibody

Neurotensin Antiserum delivers strong and specific labeling of the rat amygdala in immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. It is validated using the biotin/avidin-HRP technique, with an optimal dilution of 1:4000 to 1:8000 in PBS/0.3% Triton X-100. Staining is fully blocked by 10 µg/mL neurotensin peptide, confirming high specificity.
