This antibody shows strong biotin-streptavidin/HRP staining at 1:2000–1:4000 dilution in rat hypothalamus. Immunolabeling is completely abolished by pre-adsorption with 10 µg/mL arginine vasopressin, while up to 100 µg/mL oxytocin has no effect, confirming high specificity.
