cfDNA cfRNA collection tubes

These cfDNA/cfRNA preservative tubes are closed, evacuated plastic tubes designed for the collection and preservation of cell-free DNA (cfDNA), circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA), cell-free RNA (cfRNA), and circulating tumor cells in human whole blood during storage and shipping. When used with compatible plasma or serum cfDNA and cfRNA purification kits, these tubes enable the isolation and concentration of inhibitor-free cfDNA, ctDNA, and cfRNA in a small elution volume. Plasma recovered from these tubes is also compatible with other cfDNA and cfRNA purification methods.

The purified cfDNA, ctDNA, and cfRNA can be used in a wide range of downstream applications, including PCR, qPCR, RT-qPCR, methylation-sensitive PCR, Southern blot analysis, gene expression analysis, microarrays, and next-generation sequencing (NGS).
