RNA Clean Up Kit
This RNA Clean-Up and Concentration Micro-Elution Kit (50 prep) offers a rapid and efficient method for the purification, cleanup, and concentration of up to 10 µg of RNA obtained through various isolation techniques, including phenol/guanidine-based protocols, as well as from enzymatic reactions such as DNase treatment, labeling, and in vitro transcription. The kit supports a minimum elution volume of 8 µL, enabling the concentration of small amounts of RNA of all sizes, from large mRNA and ribosomal RNA to microRNA (miRNA) and small interfering RNA (siRNA). The RNA is selectively purified from other reaction components, including proteins, RNases, and nucleotides, without the need for phenol or chloroform. The resulting RNA maintains high integrity and is suitable for a wide range of downstream applications, including end-point or quantitative reverse transcription PCR, Northern blotting, RNase protection assays, primer extension, expression array analysis, and next-generation sequencing.
