This shipping kit provides a complete solution for safely and conveniently transporting non-infectious biological specimens collected using various sample collection and preservation devices.
Intended Use
The kit is designed for secure shipping of biological samples that are non-infectious. It includes SHIP TO envelopes for sending both the shipping supplies and individual sample collection devices to the donor or user. Each SHIP TO envelope contains:
- A biohazard specimen bag with an absorbent pad
- A bubble envelope labeled as “Exempt Human Specimen”
- Two blank labels
- Shipping instructions
