Histamine Antibody

High-affinity antibody for detecting histamine in central and peripheral tissues. Shows strong immunolabeling of rat hypothalamus using biotin/avidin-HRP and immunofluorescence at 1:4000–1:6000 dilution. Staining is completely blocked by histamine conjugate, with no cross-reactivity to L-histidine or related peptides. Ideal for neuroscience, allergy, and inflammation research.
